Responsibilities & Context:
Strong knowledge of sweater product Marketing & Merchandising end to end Operations.
Lead and manage the Sweater Merchandising team to achieve business objectives.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple buyers, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Oversee and ensure timely updates on production status, sample development, and lab dip approvals communicated by the merchandising team to buyers.
Monitor the progress of approvals, pre-production activities, delivery schedules, and shipment status to ensure seamless order execution.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms with buyers and suppliers.
Proactively identify and resolve production issues, implementing process improvements to reduce lead time.
Maintain effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding order status and shipment updates.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
