Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and oversee financial analysis, accounting, and management reporting to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure production cost management including yarn, overhead and all process cost and CM cost analysis for sweater production.
- Supervise and monitor the accounts and finance team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with company law, taxation, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain and improve financial controls with ERP software.
- Support strategic planning by providing financial insights, cost optimization strategies, and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and management teams for cost control and financial planning.
