∎ Age at least 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verify the previous day's chemical stock report to ensure availability for current production.
∎ Identify and requisition any additional chemicals needed.
∎ Ensure received chemicals match requirements and verify MRIR report accuracy.
∎ Check lab test reports to confirm chemical quality.
∎ Monitor issuance from the store to the washing floor, ensuring adherence to the recipe.
∎ Optimize chemical consumption to minimize waste.
∎ Track new chemical trials and provide reports to senior management.
∎ Identify and develop new chemical suppliers.
∎ Prepare monthly chemical budgets based on the wash load plan.
∎ Share budget reports with the procurement, department, and planning heads.
∎ Identify substitute chemicals if production issues arise.
∎ Ensure buyer compliance by using approved chemicals in the washing process.
∎ Generate monthly chemical consumption reports.
∎ Calculate chemical requirements for subcontracting and update senior management.
∎ Maintain stock records of general items and verify MRIR system entries.
∎ Collect third-party chemical test reports as per buyer requirements.
∎ Submit reports to senior management.
∎ Conduct on-the-job training for subordinates.
∎ Ensure timely completion of goal sheets.
