∎ Should have experience in Garments Factory ( Garments/Knitting/Dyeing)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ General Accounting Work
∎ Overall factory accounts management.
∎ Checking and verify all bills align with company guideline and policy.
∎ Confirm transaction summary for the head office to ensure accurate financial reporting.
∎ Record and categorize financial transactions in the general ledger.
∎ Prepare daily income and expense reports.
∎ Day to day voucher check and entry
∎ All supplier Bill checking.
∎ Petty Cash Handling
∎ Literacy in computer, office applications.
∎ Classification of transactions and preparation of vouchers accordingly.
∎ Performing all other duties as and when required
