Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 3 Years of experience in dyeing, washing and printing section.
∎ Knowledge of wet processing, production planning and production process (Color, Dyes chemical, preparation of recipe, Block and screen)
∎ Understanding of Textile and Garments products.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing bulk production recipe accordingly Scope requirements (GOTS, GRS, Oeko-Tex, etc)
∎ Confirm recipe for dyeing, washing and printing during sample preparation and keep the records for bulk production
∎ Develop screen print, and block print design as per requirements and maintain the washing time and color combination/mixing records after washing
∎ Monitor 'Daily Production Report' and communicate with the management
∎ Conduct a chemical TDS analysis.
∎ Review the chemical compliance status for ZDHC, GOTS, and Oeko-Tex, and update the chemical inventory accordingly.
∎ Any other tusk assigne by management.
