Strong knowledge of denim garments, costing, product development, production processes, and export procedures.·
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.·
Good command of written and spoken English.·
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.·

Must be proactive, responsible, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.·
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.·

Experience in Denim Fabric Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities & Context:
· Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential garments buyers.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities for Denim fabrics in the local RMG sector and buying houses.
· Understand buyers' technical specifications (composition, construction, wash requirements for denim) and coordinate with the production/R&D team to deliver exact samples.
· Handle buyer communication, inquiries, price quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals.
· Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the company’s denim garments market.
· Analyze market trends, buyer requirements, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
· Prepare sales forecasts, marketing reports, and business development plans.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely service.
· Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
