Skills Required: communication with Buyers,Pricing Skills,Sourcing,Suppliers and Vendor Management

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Experience of Buyer LPP handling will be preferred.

  • The candidate should have sound knowledge on knit products & it’s costing and should be capable to follow up orders effectively.

  • Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by the Buyers and obviously meet the time line.

  • Responsible for proper communication with Fabrics Unit and Buyers.

  • Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure proper coordination and follow-up with related internal department (Development, QC, Commercial, CR, Sourcing etc.) to ensure smooth production.

  • Must be able to comment on pre-production samples and production samples.

  • Must be able to handle orders independently and able to update the management through summary presentation.

  • Attend buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting manager;

  • Must have technical knowledge on production scale, fabric, accessories etc.

  • Will have to have communication skills to work independently from inquiry to shipment as per T&A plan.

  • Closely monitor production, prepare report and time to time follow-up on production to ensure on-time shipment.

  • Have good abilities to work in a team for monitoring production and resolve all order-related issues.

  • Maintain all relevant merchandising order files, reports etc. required for processing orders efficiently.

  • Proactive and never needing a push from the back, strong follow-up skills until the result is successful and remain up to date with industry`s best practices.

  • Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.

  • Understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure one`s own behavior and that of others are consistent with these standards and aligned with the organization’s values.
