Responsibilities & Context:
Inspect raw materials, yarn, trims, and accessories before production.
Monitor quality during knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and packing processes.
Conduct inline and end-line inspections to identify defects.
Ensure products comply with buyer quality standards and specifications.
Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain QA/QC records.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality issues.
Analyze defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Train operators and quality inspectors on quality standards and inspection methods.
Monitor AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspections before shipment.
Follow SOPs, buyer manuals, and compliance requirements.
Participate in root cause analysis for recurring quality problems.
Support customer audits and factory quality audits.
Ensure on-time completion of quality approvals to avoid shipment delays.
