• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

• Age 22 to 35 years

• CCNA certification with at least 03/04 Years practical experience to manage IT support independently at factory end/large office

• Should have strong reporting & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Teamwork & Team commitment

• Ability to work under stress and pressure

• Must have good communication skills

• Supervising overall IT activities.

• Installing and configuring computer systems, OS & apps, projectors, Video Conferencing devices and applications, printers, scanners, etc.

• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software & hardware faults

• Repairing equipment and replacing parts

• Installing antivirus protection

• Fixing network faults at user-end

• Talking to computer users to determine the nature of problems

• Providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, word processing, e-mail and operating systems

• Technical support for employees using the network

• Logging customer/employee queries

• Manage existing Video Surveillance/CCTV systems

• Mount IP cameras. Configure camera & add to server. Troubleshoot camer problems.

• Configure, maintain & troubleshoot NVR/DVR; Plan & deploy networking for vide surveillance with existing networks.
