• Identify and develop new clients through proactive market research and engagement

• Strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and business expansion

• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and solution discussions

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and tenders

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve client concerns professionally

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
