• Age 20 to 40 years
• Only Male

Receive Order from merchandising department and collect all the references. Must check reference sample and prepare yarn, machine, dia, guage selection etc. according to reference sample.

Program creation in LOGIC Software.

Order wise Yarn Selection and booking according to fabrication and follow up to maintain all SOP regarding yarn selection.

Plan making for grey fabrics and make Grey Fabrics T&A.

Order wise production follow up and monitoring to ensure grey fabrics delivery to dyeing on time.

Keep crystal clear information about order wise grey fabrics status and share it regularly to the other department.

Order wise record keeping and maintain to ensure the finish fabrics quality.

Must be co-operate with other department such as Merchandising, planning, dyeing, finishing, cutting & Garments.

Must ensure Grey fabrics batch start and batch close date according to given T&A form fabrics planning.

Must ensure finish fabrics quality according to order sheet
