Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the correct fabric received from dyeing.
∎ Buyer wise finish fabrics delivery plan setting from knitting to delivery dyeing & finishing.
∎ To check the parameter of dyeing, programming, cycle time and prepare & check receipt as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To ensure the quality standard as per buyer requirement by standardizing the process loss and set a SOP for the process & minimize the reprocess of your dyeing floor.
∎ Provide full support for new development with quality standard.
∎ Monitor the entire dyeing and finishing process to identify and resolve defects proactively.
∎ Supervise and manage the entire dyeing process from start to finish, ensuring that all processes are carried out according to specifications and timelines.
∎ To do any other tasks assigned by the authority.
