• Energetic and self-motivated, Leadership and Good Communication skill., QualityControl Management, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection, Quality ManagementSystem, Training & Development.

• Total 36 sewing lines must be following.

• Must have the ability to ensure the quality of knitting, dyeing & garments.

• Develop and Implement QMS/TQM/TLS Create and manage a Quality.

• Management System that adheres to international standards and client specifications.

• Training: Provide comprehensive training to the quality assurance team to ensure strictadherence to quality protocols.

• Quality Control: Monitor all stages of production to identify any issues and implementsolutions to enhance product quality.
  
  Client Standards: Ensure that all products meet client quality standards andspecifications.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve quality assuranceprocesses to enhance efficiency and product quality.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, issues, andcorrective actions.

• Reporting: Generate detailed quality reports for management review and clientcommunication.

• Audit: Conduct regular internal audits and facilitate external audits to ensurecompliance with standards.

• Total responsible for product safety and quality standard to meet the customerrequirement.

• Implementation of the quality process as per SOP.

• Set the Quality standards and drive the Quality Control system and maintain QualityAssurance.

• Prepare a quality action plan and arrange Risk assessment PP, Pilot, First Bulk, andmeetings and maintain the records, distribute them to relevant departments, andanalyze results.

• Monitor daily AQL audit DHU reports and arrange corrective/preventive action plansand analysis results.

• Conduct quality audits daily basis and submit reports to the Unit Head of thedepartment.

• Conduct risk analysis meetings for all the styles and maintain the records.

• Prepare the factory for technical/Quality Audit.

• Must have the ability to provide training to the staff & workers.
