∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience as an Excel power user and advanced Excel proficiency.
∎ Expertise in Excel functions including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and nested formulas.
∎ Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal for internal and external correspondence.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining regular communication to address buyer inquiries, provide production updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate closely with production, quality and sales teams to fulfill buyer requirements in a timely manner.
∎ Address buyer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
∎ Design and generate various buyer reports, graphs and dashboards to visualize KPI/OKI.
