∎ Age 30 to 38 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor daily production (Cut to ship) and ensure the production line meets its target.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments (Planning, IE, Cutting and Sample) based on the order sheet to ensure timely production.
∎ Manage and maintain sewing production lines to achieve a minimum efficiency of 70%
∎ Ensure PP samples and size sets are approved by buyers and act promptly on feedback to meet timelines.
∎ Manage critical situations efficiently, handling multiple orders and adapting to urgent requirements.
∎ Conduct daily production meetings to review progress, adjust priorities, and achieve weekly shipment schedules.
∎ Oversee the entire production workflow to maintain productivity and ensure all orders meet shipment deadlines.
∎ Implement strategies for reducing DHU, including rejection, alteration, over-cutting, overproduction, and overtime work.
∎ Monitor resource utilization closely, identifying areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all production activities.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized production site, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
