Responsibilities & Context:
To obtain optimum dyeing production of sewing thread/yarn through effective management and coordination of all preparation processes and man, machine supervision.
Take pass/fail decision of bulk dyed batches as per SOP.
Monitor batch production on FIFO and urgency basis, liaise with planning and take necessary action to get the batches completed accordingly to achieve target lead time.
Analyze failed batches, find out the root cause of failure and take corrective action immediately.
Liaise with lab to get recipe and recipe improvement.
Monitor compliance of SOPs and safety.
Liaise with maintenance for machine breakdown and machine performance and maintained records.
Keep working place clean and tidy and maintain good housekeeping.
