Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve sales targets by understanding market dynamics, creating area-specific sales plans, and retaining existing customers while acquiring new business opportunities.
Enhance profitability and operating cash flow through gross margin improvement via technical selling, executing price increase plans, ensuring timely debt collection, and assessing risk management for customers.
Foster team development through training, and mentoring, while motivating team members to maximize performance.
Supervise support teams such as customer services, sales administration, and field color expert teams to optimize business results and customer satisfaction.
Conduct demand forecasting and market trend analysis by assessing seasonal impacts, analyzing product growth, identifying new product opportunities, and analyzing buyer trends.
Improve Gross margin through mix improvement with technical selling.
Monitor and improve service parameters for key customers by identifying service issues, coordinating with relevant departments for support, and monitoring service KPIs regularly.
Manage relationships with top accounts and stakeholders by building strong rapport.
Adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs by staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
