Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily accounts, the cash book, petty cash, vouchers, and financial records.
Follow up with clients for bill submission, payment collection, and outstanding recovery.
Maintain ledgers, prepare advance adjustments, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Support office administration, including attendance, petty cash, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Perform any other accounts-related duties assigned by management.
