• Ability to write simple, natural Bangla

• Willing to be present during content shooting

• Responsible mindset with ownership of work

• Interest in real-life, simple, non-flashy content

• Plan and manage content for the brand across social media, website, and campaigns.

• Decide what content to create to build trust, clarity, and brand value.

• Work with the founder to turn ideas into clear, practical content plans.

• Create and refine scripts, captions, hooks, and basic website content.

• Be present during content shooting and ensure quality and brand alignment.

• Review and finalize content before publishing.

• Support content for product pages, landing pages, and other brand materials.

• Ensure all content follows the same tone, message, and brand style.

• Coordinate with designers or editors when needed and ensure timely delivery.

• Continuously improve content quality based on what works.

Important Note

This is a hands-on role. You will be involved from planning to final content delivery.
