Able to explain complex digital marketing services in simple language that any business owner can understand
Can listen carefully to a client's problem and then respond with the right solution — not a generic sales pitch
Strong internal communication skills to brief and coordinate with the design, video, and cinematography team
Creative Content Collaboration
Work closely with our video editors, cinematographers, and graphic designers to plan and produce content for Endeavours Corporation's own brand
Brief the creative team clearly on what content is needed — video scripts, reel ideas, visual creatives — for both client acquisition and agency promotion
Review content produced by the team and ensure it aligns with the sales message and target audience
Comfortable appearing on camera or assisting in video shoots when required for agency brand content
Sales & Client Acquisition
Strong ability to find, approach, and convert potential clients into paying customers
Knows how to build trust quickly with a new client and move the conversation toward a deal
Consistent follow-up discipline — does not give up after one or two rejections
Able to handle basic client objections and turn hesitation into confidence
Digital Marketing Understanding
Good understanding of Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, video content, and website services
Knows why businesses in Bangladesh need these services and what results they can realistically expect
Familiar with the common digital pain points of e-commerce, retail, food, real estate, and other growing industries
Research & Organization
Can independently research industries, find target businesses, and build a prospect list
Comfortable using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and WhatsApp to identify and reach potential clients
Keeps organized records of all leads, follow-ups, and client conversations

Endeavours Corporation Ltd. is a full-service digital marketing and IT agency based in Dhaka. We help businesses across Bangladesh grow their online presence and increase revenue through Meta Ads, SEO, video content & cinematography, graphic design, and website development.
We are looking for a Sr. Executive — Digital Marketing & Service Sales who will work exclusively for Endeavours Corporation Ltd. This person's sole focus will be to find new clients, understand their pain points, and sell our services. Every month, they will be responsible for meeting a fixed sales target.
A key part of this role involves working directly with our in-house team — video editors, cinematographers, and graphic designers — to produce the best possible content that represents Endeavours Corporation and attracts new clients. Strong communication skills are essential, both for handling clients and for collaborating smoothly with our creative team.
This is not a passive content management role. This is an active sales and business development position — where the main goal is to bring in new clients and grow the agency's revenue every single month.

Key Responsibilities
Research & Identify Potential Clients
Study which industries in Bangladesh are growing fast right now (e-commerce, fashion, food delivery, health & wellness, real estate, electronics, etc.)
Understand the common digital marketing problems these businesses face — no online presence, low sales, poor ad performance, no website, etc.
Build a monthly list of target businesses to approach, based on research and market insight
Monitor competitor agencies to understand their weaknesses and find opportunities
Outreach & Lead Generation
Reach out to potential clients through Facebook DM, WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and LinkedIn
Run cold outreach campaigns targeting business owners and decision makers
Generate qualified leads every week and maintain a proper follow-up pipeline
Attend relevant industry events, trade fairs, or online communities to find potential clients
Creative Team Collaboration & Content for Agency Brand
Work hand in hand with the in-house video editors, cinematographers, and graphic designers to create high-quality content for Endeavours Corporation's own social media and marketing channels
Brief the creative team clearly — give them the concept, the message, and the target audience so they can produce the best possible output
Coordinate video shoots, reels, and visual content ideas that showcase Endeavours' services and attract new clients organically
Review and approve content before publishing to ensure it correctly represents the agency and supports the sales goal
Present Services & Close Deals
Understand each client's specific business problem before pitching any service
Present Endeavours' services (Meta Ads, SEO, Video & Cinematography, Graphic Design, Website Design) as the right solution — not a generic sales pitch
Prepare service proposals and packages based on client needs and budget
Follow up consistently and professionally until the deal is closed
Monthly Target Achievement
Meet a fixed monthly sales target set by management — this is the most important KPI for this role
Track personal sales pipeline weekly and report progress to the management team
Work with a results-first mindset — the goal is always signed clients, not just conversations
Client Onboarding Support
After closing a deal, properly hand over client details and requirements to the service delivery team
Stay in touch with new clients during their onboarding period to ensure smooth communication
Identify upsell opportunities when existing clients are ready to expand their services
