Responsibilities & Context:

1. Position Overview & Core Objective

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and digitally savvy Social Media Marketing & E-Commerce Officer to spearhead our brand's online presence and digital commercial operations.

The dual core objective of this role is to authentically showcase our company’s daily technical milestones to the public while maintaining our digital storefront. The officer will create and publish engaging content detailing our corporate activities—such as high-level customer training sessions, internal technical workshops, prestigious contract awards, and special organizational achievements—while actively driving our e-commerce sales and digital client engagement.

2. Key Responsibilities & Functional Duties

·         Prepare Posters and Brochures: Design and distribute visually compelling marketing materials. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, graphic design principles, and professional photography/camera operation.

 

·         Social Media Management & Brand Storytelling: Strategize, develop, and publish daily engaging content across major social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Document and promote real-time company updates, technical customer training, internal engineering seminars, major project contract awards, and team achievements.

  • E-Commerce Web Administration: Regularly manage, update, and optimize the company's official e-commerce website. Ensure all technical product descriptions, specifications, high-precision equipment images, and pricing frameworks are kept completely up to date.

  • Inbound Client Relations & Sales Negotiation: Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound digital and telephonic client inquiries. Professionally receive customer phone calls, provide accurate technical product descriptions, and expertly negotiate pricing to convert inquiries into solid sales leads.

3. Mandatory Candidate Prerequisites

·         Technical & Digital Competency: Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing corporate social media algorithms, content creation, and e-commerce web platform administration (updating products, content management systems, and backend basics).

  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong, persuasive telephone presence. The candidate must be capable of confidently discussing high-end technical product details and navigating price negotiations with corporate and institutional clients.

  • Professional Drive: A high degree of self-learning and a strong interest in understanding the company's technical product portfolio (such as geomatics and surveying technologies) to represent them accurately online.

4. Onboarding Structure & Operational Training Model

  • No Special Basic Training Provided: The company does not offer basic training or introductory schooling on digital marketing or website management. Candidates are expected to possess strong, pre-existing foundational skills in social media handling and e-commerce updates upon joining the team. Onboarding will focus strictly on introducing you to our specific product lines and corporate protocols.

5. Service Commitment & Longevity Criteria

  • Mandatory Service Commitment: To maintain brand consistency and long-term digital strategy execution, the selected candidate must provide a firm, unconditional commitment to work for the organization for a minimum duration of three (3) consecutive years.

  • Work Ethic Filter: This position requires continuous alertness, creative thinking, fast response times, and an eagerness to learn complex engineering product descriptions.
