Lead Engineer – Specialized Solutions & Strategic Sales

We are a leading provider of high-end technical solutions in Hydrography, Oceanography, Topography, Machine Control, and Geotechnical Laboratory Equipment. We are looking for a visionary Lead Engineer to bridge the gap between complex engineering and strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the team made by Hydrography, Oceanography, and Geotechnical sectors professionals to run smooth business operation like, Sales, After sales support, etc.

• Academic & Corporate Liaison: Engage with University Professors for research-grade equipment and negotiate high-value contracts with national and international firms.

• Tender Management: Expertise in preparing, Negotiating and monitoring National (e-GP) and International Tenders specifically for scientific and surveying instruments.

• Technical Consultation: Provide expert insights on Machine Control systems Topographic, Hydrographic, surveying workflows to clients.

• Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities in the maritime and infrastructural development sectors of Bangladesh.

• Work Experience & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B.Sc. in Civil, Electrical, Geomatics, or Water Resources Engineering.

• Expertise:  Minimum 3 years Hands-on experience with Hydrographic Sonars, Oceanographic Sensors, Total Stations (Topography), or Geotechnical Lab instrument sell or parasitically operation and application.

• Negotiation Skills: A proven track record of negotiating with global manufacturers (OEMs) and local stakeholders.

• Revenue Driven: We are looking for a "Closer"—someone who is confident enough to work on a Base Salary + High-Percentage Commission model based on successful project acquisitions.

• The selected person should be capable to join on 15th April 2026.
