• Develop, manage and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.

• Create engaging, creative and audience-focused content, including captions, post copies, and campaign concepts aligned with brand objectives.

• Plan, maintain, and monitor monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

• Coordinate closely with graphic designers, videographers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality digital content.

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, andemerging platform features to identify new growth opportunities.

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Support digital marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
