• Facebook Ads Manager ব্যবহারে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা

• Facebook Pixel Setup ও Tracking সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান

• Creative Content Idea Generate করার ক্ষমতা

• Marketing Sense ও Audience Psychology সম্পর্কে ধারণা

• Basic Copywriting Skill থাকলে ভালো

• Analytical Mindset ও Result Tracking Ability থাকতে হবে

• সময়মতো কাজ সম্পন্ন করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে

• Team-এর সাথে কাজ করার ভালো Communication Skill থাকতে হবে

• Extra Preference:

• নিচের যেকোনো অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে:

• Real Estate / Property Marketing Experience

• Lead Generation Campaign-এ কাজের অভিজ্ঞতাConversion Ads বা Retargeting Campaign-এর অভিজ্ঞতা

• Video Content Idea / Reel Planning Experience

• Landing Page বা Funnel Understanding Educational

Responsibilities & Context:

• The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our social media platforms through both organic and paid strategies.

• The candidate will create engaging content, design attractive posts using Canva, plan and schedule regular social media activities, and maintain consistent brand communication across all platforms.

• They will also be responsible for setting up, running, monitoring, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns, along with configuring Facebook Pixel for proper tracking and performance analysis.

• In addition, the role includes audience targeting, lead generation, campaign reporting, competitor analysis, and developing creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
