Job Responsibilities:
Write impactful press releases, media content, newsletters, and promotional material for both print and digital platforms.
Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the University’s brand and media presence.
Manage relationships with local, national, and international media outlets to ensure effective coverage.
Coordinate interviews, draft speeches, and arrange public engagements for university officials.
Monitor and respond to media inquiries and manage reputational risks effectively.
Organize and promote student-centered programs such as job fairs, workshops, internships, and career-building events.
Build partnerships with industries and academic institutions to facilitate internships, placements, and student opportunities.
Engage with alumni and external stakeholders to enhance university visibility and networking.
Research employer needs and assist in planning student development programs aligned with market demands.
Assist the Registrar/Department Head with administrative and strategic tasks.
