Experience:
Minimum Bachelor in HRM/Management or related field from any reputed university.
PGDHRM will be preferred.
At least 1-3 years of proven experience in HR. Experience in the university sector will be given preference.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Excellent command of both oral and written English and Bengali communication skills.
IELTS 6.5 and above (preferred).
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office is an unavoidable requirement.
Ability to learn and apply general human resources policies using problem-solving skills, with an agile mindset.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.
Supporting and coordinating employment activities (transactions and documentation);
Assisting in the onboarding and exit process of staff;
Performing attendance management, leave procedures and leave administration duties, and generating related correspondence;
Update and maintain reports to track leaves;
Serving as a resource on human resources issues, effectively communicating human resources policies, and explaining human resources processes and procedures;
Performing HRMS data management activities, including initiating transactions and running reports for compliance, audit, and metrics purposes.
Ensuring data integrity, and serving as the primary contact for identifying and resolving pay issues;
Preparing and circulating Office Order, Holiday Notice and any other official letters;
Assisting the HR Director/Registrar/Assistant Registrar or Senior official;
Assisting in the communication of the annual performance appraisal process;
Maintaining personal files of employees; collecting, analyzing and updating employee records;
Attending/arranging/assisting in different types of meetings;
Keeping abreast with all organizational changes and developments and the law of the land;
Following all university regulations and health and safety policies;
Managing all types of departmental schedules and deadlines;
Any other tasks assigned by the management/Senior official.
