Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and train Field Sales Representatives to ensure strong market execution.
Market Development: Identify and expand new market opportunities, ensuring deep market penetration and brand visibility.
Distributor Management: Appoint, evaluate, and support distributors to maintain strong supply chain efficiency and product availability.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions to address shortfalls.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business partners.
Promotional Activities: Coordinate with the marketing team to execute trade promotions, product launches, and campaigns within the zone.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare zonal sales forecasts and budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and timely submission of reports.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
