TechRadar Innovation Limited is looking for energetic, smart, and motivated interns for the Sales & Marketing team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in corporate sales, inside sales operations, customer engagement, marketing communication, and enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Inside Sales Representative (ISR) activities through outbound calls, email communication, and customer follow-up

• Assist in lead generation, lead qualification, and business opportunity identification

• Schedule meetings, presentations, and customer discussions for the sales team

• Maintain CRM, customer database, and sales pipeline updates

• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to support customer requirements

• Prepare presentations, quotations, proposals, and reports

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Support marketing campaigns, social media activities, and promotional initiatives

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective customers

• Assist in achieving sales and business development targets

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good written and verbal English communication capability

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Basic understanding of CRM or sales processes

• Presentation and documentation skills

• Interest in technology solutions and enterprise business
