Experience:
Graduation or Post-graduation in any discipline
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets of assigned products.
Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
Identify new market opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments
Set pricing strategies in coordination with management
Build relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants
Lead, mentor, and manage divisional sales managers and sales teams
Maintain strong relationships with major clients and strategic partners
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing
Ensure smooth project handover from sales to execution
Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and brand positioning
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Meet monthly KPIs set by the Department Head.
