Experience:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Masters.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Both male and female candidates may apply; Must be self-driven, energetic, and target oriented.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue generation, and market expansion.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure.
Quick learner with excellent problem-solving abilities.
To Follow-up the L/C, UD & Acceptance collection from the customer.
Experience with Inditex and LC Waikiki (LCW) customers will be considered an advantage.

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving business growth. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for a proactive professional with strong B2B sales experience, proven ability in client acquisition, and sound knowledge of marketing execution within the garments accessories industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the Garments Accessories market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, brands, and garment factories.
Conduct effective sales presentations and business proposals to attract new clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and order terms to successfully close deals.
Maintain close coordination with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
Plan and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and business reach.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape strategic actions.
Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets with a focus on profitability.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
