Experience in AutoCAD and SolidWorks will be considered an advantage

Good knowledge of construction and industrial market with client handling capability
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
Skilled in customer relationship management
Willing to travel for client visits, project sites, and business development activities
Basic technical understanding of construction equipment and machinery products
Proficient in MS Office and email communication
Must be honest, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Valid driving license will be considered an advantage
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our heavy machinery and industrial equipment business. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, proven sales leadership, and the ability to build long-term client relationships within the industrial sector.
Manage and grow sales of industrial equipment, including:
Fiber Laser Cutting Machines
Hydraulic Shearing Machines
Hydraulic Bending Machines
Hydraulic Press Brake Machines
Batch Plant Parts
Industrial Machine Parts
Industrial Knives, Blades, and Dies
Construction Machine & Spear Parts
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities
Lead high-value negotiations and contract closures
Conduct professional product presentations and technical consultations
Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Education: Minimum BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university
Experience: 3–10 years of proven experience in heavy machinery or industrial equipment sales
Strong understanding of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes
Demonstrated success in B2B sales and key account management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and drive results
