Achieving value & volume target monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Identify and onboard new buyers to expand the distribution network. and ability to explore new business opportunities & customer development.
Build and maintain strong, trustworthy, and long-lasting relationships with buyers to ensure sustained business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback for business strategies.
Achieve Sales targets and ensure timely collections from buyers.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management..
Vast knowledge on foam and adhesive markets.
Ability to take up challenges and maintain a significant growth in business.
Any other additional responsibilities given by the company from time to time.
