- কাস্টমারের অর্ডার, ইনকোয়ারি, কমপ্লেইন ও রিফান্ড/রিপ্লেসমেন্ট হ্যান্ডেল করা
- দৈনিক কাস্টমার রিপোর্ট তৈরি এবং টিমকে আপডেট করা
- কাস্টমার সন্তুষ্টি বৃদ্ধি ও সার্ভিস কোয়ালিটি বজায় রাখা
- কসমেটিক এবং স্কিনকেয়ার প্রোডাক্ট ট্রেডিং
- কোম্পানির নীতি ও প্রটোকল অনুসরণ করা
