Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Executive to join our Team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure satisfaction and maintain strong communication to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive & handle inbound customer calls (inquiries/orders/complaints)

  • Follow-up & send service reminders via outbound calls

  • Record queries & orders in Online Excel

  • Coordinate with Sales & Service teams

  • Communicate politely, professionally & solve problems

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
