Responsibilities & Context:
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with new clients of Pakistani cloth brand buyers and sellers, acting as the primary point of contact over the phone.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries over the phone, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory outcomes and escalating issues when necessary.

  • Customer Advocacy: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services, and advocate for customer needs within the company.

  • Retention and Loyalty: Develop and implement strategies, such as loyalty programs and customized campaigns, to increase customer retention and reduce churn.

  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.

  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular business and account reviews to assess the financial impact of by analyzing Daily report.

  • Customer Hunting: Search wholesaler companies by browsing the Social Media Platform to connect with network and listing them.

  • Communicate through Social Media Platform: Browse the Social Media Platform and communicate with them to search the customer and reply all the queries made by online customers.
