Responsibilities & Context:
Receiving Customer calls
Collecting Customer Leads & Convincing customer
Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of cold and warm calls daily to potential customers from a provided list or directory.
Lead Qualification: Accurately Identify and qualify sales leads by assessing their needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
Product Promotion: Clearly and persuasively present the company’s products or services, highlighting their features, benefits, and pricing.
Appointment setting: Schedule meetings, demonstrations, or consultations for the senior sales team for qualified leads.
