Responsibilities & Context:
  • Daily outbound call handling

  • Attend customer’s regular query.

  • Introduce real estate products to customers and generate leads after proper filtering.

  • After creating the potential lead, enter the potential leads into the CRM/lead management software.

  • Regularly follow up on those leads by collaborating with the Sales team.
