Responsibilities & Context:
  • Deal with all sorts of customer queries and complaints in an established manner.

  • Drafting and signing various deeds of agreement as per requirements.

  • Ensure all dues are timely collected (in-house/outside) as per the agreed payment schedule.

  • Categorize the overdue payment and take necessary action to realize the same.

  • Assist in arranging land registration in favor of the customer.

  • Maintain project-wise customer database.

  • Maintain regular communication with customers/land owners and keep them updated on all necessary issues.

  • Generate report on the assigned function in the prescribed format from time to time as per the requirement.

  • Build company image/ goodwill, which leads to sustainable growth and profitability

  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
