Deal with all sorts of customer queries and complaints in an established manner.
Drafting and signing various deeds of agreement as per requirements.
Ensure all dues are timely collected (in-house/outside) as per the agreed payment schedule.
Categorize the overdue payment and take necessary action to realize the same.
Assist in arranging land registration in favor of the customer.
Maintain project-wise customer database.
Maintain regular communication with customers/land owners and keep them updated on all necessary issues.
Generate report on the assigned function in the prescribed format from time to time as per the requirement.
Build company image/ goodwill, which leads to sustainable growth and profitability
Any other task assigned by the Management.
