• Develop and implement comprehensive (short, medium and long term) sales & marketing strategies to achieve the business objective of the organization.

• Timely achievement of agreed targets and explore untapped market.

• Initiate, conduct and coordinate various indoor event(s), attend relevant housing fair, conference, seminar etc. in response to market trend.

• Assist in designing and execution of product promotional, awareness, idea generation campaign etc. time to time as per requirement.

• Coordinate with marketing & sales team everyday by giving information regarding potential market, client base, client requirement(s), competitor activities, latest market condition etc. to ensure stability in market place.

• Assist the entire sales team by providing necessary documents, maps, brochures, folders, designs, latest price chart, latest information, booking status, monthly target as set by the Management.

• Maintain and regular update Client database and other relevant information.

• Execute media (print media, electronic media) and advertisement (newspaper, journals, other national and international publication) plan/program considering company target and policy.

• Assist in implementing new marketing/sales concepts and techniques to ensure better efficiency.

• Collect competitor’s information from the market from time to time and get market feedback about SBHL products and customer service.

• Generate report on a time-to-time basis and submit to management for review.
