Responsibilities & Context:

The AVP will be responsible for group operation and business development.

  1. Drive overall group revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives

  2. Achieve individual and team sales targets with defined revenue accountability

  3. Sign and manage strategic partnerships to generate sustainable revenue

  4. Lead University Accreditation Program and expand university collaborations

  5. Develop and expand global sales and PMO professional communities

  6. Organize and lead global sales conferences to strengthen brand and partnerships

  7. Lead and manage a regional and global sales team

  8. Ensure recruitment of right talent aligned with business objectives

  9. Maintain organizational compliance, governance, and operational discipline

  10. Execute strategic initiatives under the direction of the Group CEO
