Head of Training business of Global Training services will be responsible for developing training business in SAARC and APAC region and be the rocket sing to achieve sales targets with distinction.
PMaspire is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as Assistant Manager, Training Sales. This role is ideal for someone with a strong corporate connection with sales background and a passion for and corporate training solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our corporate training services by leveraging digital platforms, including e-marketing, social media, and website management, to drive revenue and achieve company goals. As part of a motivated sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing online sales strategies, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
As an assistant Manager, retain and Corporate Sales at PMaspire, you will lead retain and public training sales, organize corporate training sales, develop strategies, and maintain client relationships. Requires 5+ years of sales experience and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Organize public batches of training on PMP, Prince2, Sales Certification and PMO Certification program
You will be responsible for lead generation to closing of corporate training sales.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate training sales targets.
Regularly engage with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Manage and grow a pipeline of potential corporate clients through networking, partnerships, and cold outreach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, training, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
