Job context
One of the sister concerns of Betopia Group, ZenxCloud, is looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Lead to spearhead our cloud service offerings. You will be responsible for the commercial growth of our Infrastructure (Infra) and Support Team segments, specifically targeting the Web Hosting, Email, VPS, and Storage markets.
Job Responsibilities
1) Market Expansion
Drive the business strategy for ZenxCloud’s core offerings, including Web/Email hosting and VPS solutions.
2) Operational Oversight
Collaborate with the Infra and Support teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
3) Revenue Growth
Identify and acquire new B2B clients looking for managed cloud and storage solutions.
4) Product Strategy
Work with technical leads to refine pricing models for storage and support service packages.
