Build, mentor, and performance-manage a high-performing Corporate Sales team (hunters, farmers, solution consultants).
Set clear KPIs, OKRs, and incentives; foster a coaching culture and rigorous execution discipline.
Strategic Development
Develop and own the Corporate Sales strategy, and segmentation for priority verticals (FMCG, Telco, Utilities, eCommerce, Aggregators / PSPs, RMG, Logistics, Education, Healthcare, Gov/NGO, Financial Institutions, etc.).
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to develop targeted strategies.
Drive annual plan for corporate revenue, margin, and portfolio expansion including pricing strategy, discount governance, and profitability control.
Focus on Policy, Feature & Revenue
Own topline and business targets; manage weekly/quarterly sales cadence, forecast accuracy, and pipeline hygiene. Achieve the set key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track and report on the progress
Implement sales playbooks and robust deal review processes for large/complex opportunities.
Regularly track and report on the progress of business development initiatives.
Design deal structures and pricing frameworks balancing growth and profitability; run win–loss and discount governance.
Business Enhancement
Build value propositions for enterprise-grade use cases: bulk disbursement (salary, incentives, etc.), collections, bill/pay-in, QR acquiring, gateway/PSP integrations, API-based payouts/pay-ins, cash management.
Develop a robust pipeline of potential partners through proactive outreach and networking.
Identify, approach & negotiate key decision-makers of corporate clients.
Portfolio Management
Develop strategic partnerships with aggregators, PSPs, ERPs, payroll providers, software platforms, and system integrators to unlock distribution and new flows.
Conduct Campaigns with corporate clients for various services to increase transaction count and volume.
Ensure visibility of Nagad through the collaboration with corporate clients and Nagad Brand & Trade Marketing. Co-create co-marketing, co-selling, and joint solution opportunities.
Target vs Achievement
Achieve the set key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track and report on the progress.
Regularly track and report on the target achievement of business development initiatives.
Compliance, Risk & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure all corporate onboarding and flows comply with Bangladesh Bank MFS Guidelines, KYC, AML/CFT, Sanctions Screening, and data privacy requirements.
Partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance to maintain strong controls and audit readiness.
