Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage PRISM User Administration for Regional Sales Team (RST), Distributor House (DH), and Distributor House Field Force (DHFF), ensuring proper access control and system updates.

  • Execute Uddokta Swap activities within PRISM as per operational requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain Regional Sales Team (RST) & Distribution Sales Officer (DSO) Audit Reports with accuracy and timely submission.

  • Conduct Distributor House (DH) & Distribution Sales Officer (DSO) KYC Quality Check (QC), including document verification, archiving, and onboarding support.

  • Manage TA/DA processing for Distribution and Business Sales teams in compliance with policy guidelines.

  • Prepare and circulate Uddokta Commission Statements within defined timelines.

  • Maintain and update Distributor House (DH) & Uddokta Commission Databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Perform Account Eligibility Verification prior to disbursement processing.

  • Support operational coordination to ensure compliance, efficiency, and uninterrupted workflow.
