Manage strategic biller relationships, including refund governance and Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring to ensure operational compliance and service efficiency.
Oversee card dispute resolution processes for Mastercard and VISA transactions, ensuring timely investigation and closure.
Ensure merchant disbursement continuity, including high-value execution, reconciliation, audit compliance, and business continuity management.
Govern merchant portal access management, including service administration, user authorization, and security protocol adherence.
Analyze merchant and channel partner performance, market intelligence, and compliance data to generate strategic business insights.
Support market penetration initiatives and design effective route-to-market strategies.
Drive process excellence through SOP standardization and operational efficiency improvements.
Optimize territory mapping by assessing market potential against manpower deployment.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless commercial execution and strong stakeholder alignment.
