Formulate strategic audit plans and implement the annual audit master plan for Distribution Houses and Uddokta points, ensuring 100% coverage of high-risk regions.
Develop and continuously update audit checklists and internal protocols in line with Bangladesh Bank MFS regulations and Nagad’s internal policies to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
Analyze complex audit data to prepare PSA reports and executive summaries for Commercial management, providing unbiased intelligence to guide decision-making.
Lead monthly and quarterly review sessions with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Sales Leadership to discuss findings, regional performance, and corrective action plans.
Oversee the end-to-end audit closure process, ensuring follow-up mechanisms are enforced and recurring gaps are prevented.
Act as the primary liaison between Commercial and other units (Sales Ops, Business teams) to drive process improvements based on audit insights.
Serve as the focal point for Bangladesh Bank inquiries, Nagad complaints, and Legal coordination, ensuring accurate and timely audit evidence submission.
Identify systemic trends in the distribution lifecycle (e.g., commission outflows, KYC non-compliance) and propose data-backed solutions to mitigate financial loss and operational risk.
Lead, coach, and manage the audit team, including performance appraisals, technical training, and resource allocation.
Partner with Commercial management to leverage audit insights for channel health optimization, transforming the audit function into a value-adding business consultancy.
