Area: Jashore,Jhenaidah, Kushtia, Khulna, Barishal, Patuakhali, Gazipur-01 Gazipur-02, Uttara, Narsingdi, Netrokona, Kishoreganj, Brahmanbaria, Sylhet, Habiganj, Moulvibazar, Sunamganj

• Distribute the monthly sales and collection targets among DSMs and ensure consistent follow-up to achieve business objectives.

• Monitor the daily activities of DSMs, as well as regularly cross-check and acknowledge the daily assigned tasks from DSMs to RSMs.

• Develop and implement effective sales and collection strategies to meet the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly targets.

• Analyze area-wise sales performance and distributor business health, including stock levels, outstanding balances, market dues, and collection efficiency, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Design and recommend structured business plans and performance-based incentive initiatives to enhance sales team productivity and motivation.

• Ensure monthly market visits to distributors’ showrooms and warehouses to ensure product availability, proper display, and adherence to company standards.

• Evaluate sales data, policies, trade offers, and marketing activities to identify gaps and recommend strategic improvements.

• Ensure effective communication and implementation of company policies and promotional programs across the distributor network.

• Implement necessary strategies to ensure growth in sales, collection, and average collection percentage.
