Position: Online Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Middle Badda, Showroom Based
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all online sales inquiries via Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
- Provide prompt and professional customer support
- Handle social media pages and respond to messages/comments
- Create and upload engaging social media content
- Record short videos of products for promotional posts
- Coordinate and support online order processing
- Maintain customer database and follow-up for potential sales
- Assist and manage walk-in showroom customers when required
- Ensure smooth coordination between online and showroom sales activities
