• Strong understanding of client handling and premium service mindset

• Basic knowledge of accounts and reporting is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in the studio professionally

• Explain fabric collections, suit packages, and customization options

• Guide clients through design selection (linings, buttons, styles)

• Follow up on trial and delivery dates

• Maintain strong relationship with existing clients

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with tailoring and operations team

• Maintain clean and organized showroom presentation
