This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
Sales of exclusive and high-value commercial and residential projects to meet budget, forecast, and margin targets.
Develop an annual sales plan and provide quarterly and monthly updates in connection with the company's yearly business plan.
Implementation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans will be evaluated by the departmental head Conducting competitive market intelligence, analyzing, and adjusting positioning to retain and enhance market leadership.
To ensure customer acquisition according to the departmental target.
Achieve company revenue and profit targets with proper planning and execution.
To generate sales, find new ways of generating ideas, and also develop ideas to attract clients.
Conduct market analysis to develop effective strategies for sales, pricing, product development, and acquiring new products.
Liaise with the heads of other departments to get the job done.
The incumbent has to visit corporate clients and generate revenue through new sales.
To attend prospect calls, answer their inquiries, and ensure proper support.
Ensure and maintain proper records of all sales activities.
To participate in any other activities as required by the management.
